Victoria is a fitness professional in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She has been teaching group classes for more than 42 years, and has an extensive background in fitness, dance and yoga. She has created these four Yoga and Pilates practices on DVD to improve everyone's well being, from the beginner to the more advanced.

The perfect start for those who have no Yoga or Pilates experience. Designed for the man or woman who would like to become more physically active, the easy to follow practice will improve your strength, flexibility, body alignment and balance.

When you have experience with Yoga or Pilates, try this
more intense mind-body practice done to soothing music. It will challenge your whole body while at the same time calming your mind.

As we age, we lose our lean body mass. By doing this practice regularly you will increase your lean body mass through strength training, using your own body weight. No separate weights are needed. Your muscles will lengthen as they strengthen, increasing your range of motion while improving your flexibility, body alignment and balance.

This calming practice will balance, strengthen and stretch your mind, body and spirit. A great stress reliever for all levels of experience. Some yoga experience is recommended. All level options are demonstrated to meet your individual needs.

For those with intermediate to advanced level fitness, A Power Yoga Practice takes you to the next level. This practice is very healing and nurturing for the mind, body and spirit.

Our modern day lifestyle can weaken and tighten our bodies while stressing our minds. This muscle balancing, mind-body practice strengthens and stretches our bodies while calming our minds when done on a regular basis. The flowing yoga postures with soothing music will improve your stamina, balance and posture. Various options will be demonstrated to meet individual needs.
